About the Company
Adrianne White has a long history in the cleaning industry, and she started cleaning houses professionally in 2009 as a part time job for extra pocket money. She immediately began getting referrals from her small group of clients and became so busy she quickly realized she needed help. She hired her first employee and Adrianne’s Housekeeping was born in 2010. To date, we have grown very fast and based almost purely on word-of-mouth, referrals from clients and a little advertising. As of mid-2013 we have a total of 18 employees (and growing!) and Adrianne spends much of her time training and developing the teams to continually improve cleaning techniques and efficiency. We are the epitome of a small, local company whose owners are highly involved and are dedicated to providing an excellent experience to our clients.
About the Owners
Adrianne’s Housekeeping, Inc. is a family owned company, owned and operated by husband and wife team Carmine and Adrianne White, both of whom grew up in the cleaning industry. Carmine started doing restaurants and commercial cleaning at the age of 14 with his family’s janitorial business, and Adrianne spent her early years doing construction cleanup and janitorial work with her family’s construction company. She grew up in an entrepreneurial family which greatly influenced her eye for detail and passion for excellence.
Carmine’s background is in business management and he has been involved in growing and managing businesses in various fields, from national flooring distribution to luxury swimming pool design/build in Las Vegas, NV. Carmine handles the day-to-day operations and Adrianne trains, manages and develops the cleaning teams.
