Move In and Move Out Cleaning
We do move-in and move-out cleaning a little differently than typical housekeeping. With regular housekeeping we charge by the hour, but with move-ins/outs the hours can be drastically different from one house to another. For that reason we just charge a flat rate per cleaning and we stay until the cleaning is finished. The flat rate is based on the size range of your home, as listed by the County Assessor.
With that rate we provide a full move-in or move-out cleaning package, which would include:
- Inside and outside of fridge cleaned
- Oven deep cleaned
- Stove wiped down and stove hood degreased
- Cabinets wiped down inside and out
- Bathrooms deep cleaned and floors hand-washed
- Entire kitchen cleaned and fixtures polished
- Dusting and/or wiping down all light switches, door handles, faceplates, ceiling fans, lights, etc.
- All floors vacuumed and mopped
- All baseboards, blinds, corners and windowsills wiped down
The only areas not covered by this are cleaning the exterior or the garage, washing walls or interior/exterior window washing. The cleaning is backed up by a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not completely happy with the cleaning job we will be happy to come out and fix it!
